Actress Olta Gixhari has commented on Luiz Ejlli's marriage proposal for Kiara Tito.

While watching the video, Olta couldn't hold back her laughter while telling us that she still thinks that the couple doesn't have a long relationship.

She said that she was not moved at all by Luiz's surprise since for months, the singer had discussed everything from time to time about how he would propose.
