Lin Village is declared an immovable cultural asset "Urban architectural

The Council of Ministers has decided at today's meeting to declare the village of Lin in Pogradec, an immovable cultural asset "Urban Architectural Ensemble".

This decision includes the designation of the Lin village protection zone and the approval of the plan for its conservation, protection and administration.

DECISION ON THE DECLARATION OF THE IMMOVABLE CULTURAL PROPERTY “URBAN ARCHITECTURAL ENSEMBLE” OF THE VILLAGE OF LIN, THE DEFINITION OF ITS PROTECTIVE ZONE AND THE APPROVAL OF THE PLAN FOR THEIR CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND ADMINISTRATION. 

In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and Articles 9, point 3, letters “a” and “ç”, and 62, point 3, of Law No. 27/2018, “On Cultural Heritage and Museums”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

1. Declaration of immovable cultural property "Urban architectural ensemble" of an area in the village of Lin, according to the map and coordinates in the Albanian Geodetic Reference Framework (KRGJSH), which are attached to this decision.

2. Determination of the protective zone of the "Urban Architectural Ensemble" of an area in the village of Lin, according to the map and coordinates in the Albanian Geodetic Reference Frame (KRGJSH), which are attached to this decision.

3. Approval of the plan for the conservation, protection and administration of these areas, according to the text attached to this decision.

4. The State Authority for Geospatial Information is charged with publishing maps of the "Urban Architectural Ensemble" of the village of Lin and the protective zone on the National Geoportal.

5. The State Cadastre Agency is charged with the registration of this decision, in accordance with Law No. 111/2018, "On the Cadastre", and with the sub-legal acts in force.

6. The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the Ministry of Environment and the Municipality of Pogradec are charged with the implementation of this decision.

     This decision enters into force upon publication in the "Official Gazette". / CNA
