Towards the protection and digitization of the rare archive of Korçë photographer Guri Koti

The rare archive with the collection of photographs of the renowned Korçë photographer Guri Koti seems to be coming to life, thus bringing to fruition the artist's previously unkept legacy. 

The Central State Film Archive has signed contracts for the protection and digitization of this extraordinary photographic treasure.

The archive of photographer Guri Koti is rare. This is because it is not simply a collection of photographs.

The photographs he took show a part of Korça's history, the people, the streets, the memories of an entire city documented through the lens of an artist.

The work of the talented photographer from Korçë, Guri Koti, should live on for future generations, as the special collection is expected to be presented to the public in the future./CNA
