63rd Children's Song Festival/ Kroni Pula was declared the winner with the

The most important event for children closed its 63rd edition. In a music spectacle that lasted 3 consecutive nights, Albania will be represented at Eurovision Junior by Kroni Pula with the song "Fruta perime"

"I thought I wouldn't win, but now that I've done the song, I feel very good. I dedicate the song to my grandfather who has gone to heaven," said Kroni Pula.

The surprise of the evening was undoubtedly soprano Inva Mula. For her, returning to the festival where she grew up is a special honor and emotion.

"I feel small. The most beautiful memories of my life come back to me. This festival taught me the stage, taught me the stage, the emotion, to compete. It is the first time I have been invited to be on the jury of this festival and as soon as I was invited I came running because I love this festival and I love Shkodra. The most amazing thing is because this festival had a high-level competition and the song that won was accepted by everyone and is a song for Eurovision. I only wish the festival and Shkodra, which has already produced a song for Eurovision, success", said Inva Mula.

Children's songs caught the attention of musician Robert Radoja.

"I am glad to be back in Shkodra. The festival was beautiful, the quality of the songs was maintained"

For the organizers, work on the children's festival has been going on for months. And the biggest achievement is representing Albania at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

"The song's participation in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest is an added value. It is a large working group, but the biggest work is done by the choir of the children's center "Kujtim Alija". It was an intensive 2 months and we also had the support of the parents", said the director of the "Kujtim Alija" Children's Center, Orjeta Kelaj.

"This is the biggest challenge since this great experience, this time we are at Eurovision. The festival must become an institution. The festival has gone through transition once in the 90s and once in 2000, and now the festival must be an institution," declared Manjola Lloja.

In the first two nights, 29 participants competed in the “Toddler” and “Junior” categories. Among the younger ones, First Prize went to Maria Kalaja and the song “Ja qërë këri bubi im”, Second Prize to Drini Drishti with the song “Dua” and Third Prize to Aiden Balla with “Do leleku akullore”. Among the older ones, the Second Prize winner was Ea Zoga with the song “Mirësi”, while Third Prize went to Prishila Puka, “Si një fishekjarr”. / CNA
