New details have emerged from the serious incident that occurred in Saranda, where businessman Rexhep Ismaili was killed.

The injured man, a citizen with the initials KV, in his testimony before investigators, stated that the clash with VR had started from disagreements over the administration and profits of a beach bar business.

According to his testimony, the conflicts escalated after he was arrested earlier and while he was in prison, VR removed his brother from the business. KV claimed that the clashes between them were mainly related to the division of income from the activity.

"After I was imprisoned, VR kicked my brother out of the business. Our conflicts started over the business's money. A week ago, he cursed me severely," he is reported to have declared to the investigative group.

Further, KV confessed that on the night of the incident, he had gone to the bar owned by Rexhep Ismail to clarify matters with the other party, but the situation deteriorated into violence.

Rexhep Ismaili was killed in the conflict, while KV was injured.

Meanwhile, police are continuing their investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and to determine the role of each of the people involved in the conflict that led to this tragic event./ CNA
