GJKKO ka shpallur fajtor Agron Qafën dhe Florenc Çekrezin.

Qafa është dënuar me 12 vite burg, por për shkak të gjykimit të shkurtuar do të vuajë 8 vite. Ai akuzohet për veprën penale të “Vjedhjes me dhunë”, kryer në bashkëpunim, në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Kryerja e veprave penale nga organizata kriminale dhe grup i strukturuar kriminal”.

Florenc Çekrezi është dënuar me 5 vjet burgim, por duke përfituar nga gjykimi i shkurtuar do të vuajë 3 vjet e 4 muaj burgim.

Çekrezi akuzohet për veprat penale të “Shkatërrimi i pronës me eksploziv”, kryer në bashkëpunim dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe municionit”, të kryera në bashkëpunim të thjeshtë.

Qafa do ta kryejë dënimin në një Institucion të Sigurisë së Lartë, ndërsa Çekrezi do ta kryejë në një Institucion të Sigurisë së Zakonshme./ CNA
