The Border Police have arrested three Sri Lankan citizens who attempted to cross the Qafë-Thane border crossing with false documents.
More specifically, they possessed residence permits in Italy, suspected to be forged.
The arrested NL, AK and K. È. are accused of "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas".

In continuation of the work of the Border Police services, based on information provided by intelligence, to crack down on illegalities, a check was carried out at the Qafë Thanë Border Crossing Point on 3 Sri Lankan citizens. Each of them attempted to cross the border with a residence permit in Italy, which is suspected to be forged.
