Distributing cocaine in tourist areas/ 36-year-old arrested

Following intensive controls in the tourist areas of the Vlora district, within the framework of the plan of measures to prevent and crack down on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, the Narcotics Investigation specialists at the Vlora Police Department, in cooperation with the services of the Himara Police Commissariat, have cracked another case of the sale of narcotics.

In the village of Jalë, Himara, citizen HM, 36 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested in flagrante delicto.

During the personal search and the one in the apartment where he was staying, the Police services found and seized as material evidence doses of suspected narcotics, cocaine, MDMA, and cannabis.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics"./ CNA
