"During the patrolling of the beach area by the Border Police, in order to guarantee a safe tourist season for vacationers, a notification was received from the operating room of DVKM Vlorë about a tourist who was in the sea, in the place called "Pigeon Cave" , Gjipe, with the boat type "Canoe", which was damaged and his life was in danger since it was impossible to return to the shore.

Immediately after receiving the notification, the services of the Maritime Police Unit were organized to come to the aid of the tourist from Britain, who was brought ashore in good health," the police announced./ CNA
