The Tirana court has set security measures for 3 police officers, members of the Special Force Section "Shqiponja".

The Police Supervision Agency declares that it is about the officers with the initials:

- RB, 34 years old, with a security measure of "Arrest in prison", suspected of the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder" remaining in the attempt, "Forgery of documents" and "False report". The citizen has been declared wanted since it was not possible to find him;

- ED, 46 years old, with security measure "Compulsion to appear at the Judicial Police", suspected of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", committed in cooperation, "Criminal concealment", "Forgery of documents" and "Operations that obstruct the discovery of the truth";

- FZ, 37 years old, with a security measure "Compulsion to appear at the Judicial Police", suspected of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", committed in collaboration, "Criminal concealment", "Forgery of documents" and "Operations that obstruct the discovery of the truth".

From the investigations carried out after the criminal report filed by a citizen, it turned out that on March 8, 2024, during the performance of the service on the Tirana-Fushë Krujë road segment, these police officers stopped a vehicle and during the police actions, exceeding the conditions of the necessary protection, they shot with the service weapon in his direction.

According to the AMP, the officers put the lives of two people in the vehicle at risk. In the following, in addition to not reporting the event to the higher structures, they tried to hide the evidence and the facts./ CNA
