The file for Arben Ahmetaj/ SPAK postpones the investigations by three months

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime postpones the investigations for the former deputy prime minister, Arben Ahmetaj, by three months.

The SPAK deadline to complete the investigations for the "Ahmetaj" file is set for December 22 of this year, and then the prosecution body is expected to pass the investigations to the Special Court.

Therefore, Arben Ahmetaj, former Prime Minister and former Minister of Finance, is accused of 3 criminal offenses "Money Laundering", "Concealment of Assets" and "Passive Corruption".
