They took hostage and raped a 20-year-old man/ One of the perpetrators arrested,

Vlora police have arrested one person and are searching for two others in connection with the kidnapping and rape of a 20-year-old man.

These three individuals forcibly took and then raped the 20-year-old man with the intention of obtaining a monetary sum of 6,000 euros.

After they forcibly took the young man into the vehicle, they then took him to a secluded area where they raped him.

Vlora/A 20-year-old man was forcibly taken into a vehicle and then raped, with the aim of obtaining a sum of money. The citizens implicated in this incident have been identified.

One of the perpetrators is arrested, and two others are wanted. 

The investigative and operational structures of the Vlora Police Department, immediately after receiving information about a citizen who had been forcibly taken into a vehicle, organized the work to identify, locate and capture the suspected perpetrators.

Thanks to the rapid response and investigative actions, carried out within the framework of the police operation codenamed "STRIKE 2", specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person caught and arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen BH, 24 years old, resident of the village of Risili, Vlora, and declared the citizens RL, 30 years old and LK(L.), 34 years old (brothers), both residents of the village of Risili, Vlora, wanted by the police.

Preliminary investigations suspect that these citizens, in collaboration with each other, forcibly took a 20-year-old man into the vehicle used by two brothers, and then took him to a secluded area, where they exercised violence against him, with the aim of obtaining the monetary amount of 6,000 euros.

Work continues, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, for the complete legal documentation of the event, as well as for the capture of the wanted citizens.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for the criminal offenses of "Kidnapping or holding a person hostage" and "Coercion by threat or violence for the release of property", committed in collaboration.
