GJKKO has sentenced to 25 years in prison the five members of the group involved in the assassination of Arjan Ndoja, where Andi Maloku was killed.

GJKKO has sentenced the grandson of the former Socialist MP Rrahman Rraja, Ramazan Rraja, to 6 years in prison.

Genti Medjaku was sentenced to 5.4 years, Bashkim Haxhia to 4.8 years, Endrit Sinani to 4.8 years and Julian Pjetri to 4.4 years in prison.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, 5 members of the criminal group provided conditions and means to carry out the assassination.

Earlier, for the assassination, Redjan Rraja, the grandson of the former socialist deputy, was sentenced to life imprisonment and Ariol Halili to 35 years in prison.

We remind you that on November 1, 2019, an assassination attempt took place on the Tirana-Durrës highway near the Shkozeti overpass.

Prosecutor Arjan Ndoja, Landi Muharremi, otherwise known as "Rrumi" or "the strong one of Sukthi", were injured by the barrage, while the driver of prosecutor Andi Maloku remained a victim./  CNA
