The Tirana police have arrested a 40-year-old man with the initials KH

This citizen was declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of Tirana General Jurisdiction sentenced him to 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment for drug production and sale. 

Police Notification: 

A citizen sentenced to 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment, for criminal offenses in the field of narcotics, was caught by the Investigation Section and put in handcuffs.

The Services of the Search Section, in implementation of the measures drawn up within the police mega-operation coded "Rule of Law", based on the information provided about the location of a wanted citizen, have intensified controls for his capture and bringing him to legal responsibility .

As a result, citizen KH, 40 years old, resident of Tirana, was caught and handcuffed on "Jordjan Misja" street.

This citizen was declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana sentenced him to 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

Mega operation "Rule of Law" continues.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
