Sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in prison/ The 39-year-old wanted man was arrested in Tirana

A wanted citizen is arrested and imprisoned, sentenced to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment, for criminal activity in the field of narcotics.    

The Tirana police have handcuffed a wanted person, thanks to the coded police operation "Remove".     

The Blues inform that they arrested in Mjull Bathore the wanted citizen A. Sh., 39 years old, resident in Tirana.

The Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has sentenced this citizen to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

In 2021, the 39-year-old, having just ascertained the services of the Police, threw from the window of the vehicle, a bag of suspected narcotic substance cocaine, which was seized by the Police.  

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions./ CNA
