He stabbed his brother/ 35-year-old arrested in Elbasan

A stabbing incident has occurred in Elbasan. According to information, a 35-year-old man has been arrested after stabbing his brother for weak motives. The BH citizen, a resident of the village of Labinot-Fushë, has been arrested.

It is reported that the injured man is out of danger. During the search of the 35-year-old's apartment, police found and seized the knife with which he is suspected of committing the crime and several shotgun cartridges.

A 35-year-old man was arrested for stabbing his brother for weak motives.  

The knife and several shotgun shells found in the 35-year-old's apartment were seized.    

After receiving notification that a 46-year-old man had presented himself to the Elbasan Regional Hospital to receive medical assistance, with injuries caused by a cutting tool, the services of the Elbasan Police Commissariat immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the case.

As a result of rapid investigative actions, the suspected perpetrator, citizen BH, 35 years old, resident of the village of Labinot Fushë, was caught and arrested in flagrante delicto, who is suspected of having struck his brother, citizen AA, 46 years old, with a cutting tool (knife) in the hand, for weak motives. The injured person is out of danger to his life.  

During a search of the 35-year-old's apartment, the knife with which he is suspected of committing the crime and several shotgun cartridges were found and seized. 

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan, for further action. / CNA
