BKH agents attacked/ Agron Kapllanaj's two nephews and the firm's

The Fier Court has ordered the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" for Agron Kapllanaj's two nephews, Klajdi and Gerald Kapllanaj, as well as for Gerald Kollçak, who a few days ago attacked BKH agents and operational forces in Fier.

A day ago, the Fier prosecution launched investigations into three people arrested on charges of assault in the line of duty.

"An investigator of the National Bureau of Investigation and officers of the Special Operational Force of the State Police were carrying out investigative actions within the framework of an investigation by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, on the Fier-Patos road axis, near the village of Portëz e Madhe, Fier. While they were carrying out actions, they were filmed by citizen OI, which forced them to leave the place where they were positioned. About 30 minutes later, while they were standing in their vehicle in another place, on the side of the public road near the place called "Park Roundabout", in the city of Fier, three vehicles approached them from which several people got out, who exercised physical violence against police officers, despite the introduction of the latter", the Prosecution stated.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening at around 19:20, on the Fier - Patos axis, near a construction company 'Shklqimi 07', owned by Shklqim Kapllanaj, Agron Kapllanaj's brother. Shklqim's son, along with the son of his other brother, Pëllumbit, physically clashed with BKH officers. Gerald Kollçaku, a factory employee and their friend, is also involved in the conflict.

They stated that they did not know that they were agents and if they had introduced themselves, the incident would not have happened.

On the other hand, in a reaction, SPAK stated that BKH agents were attacked without motive./ CNA
