Police Services at Police Station No. 1, after receiving notification that a citizen at the “Ali Demi” school had photographed the vote and then left, organized the work, identified, escorted and arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen AH, 56 years old, resident of Tirana, for the criminal offense of “Violation of the secrecy of voting”.

Preliminary: The Police Services of Police Stations No. 3 and No. 4 have escorted two citizens, as they are suspected of having photographed the ballot. Currently, investigative and procedural actions are being carried out against them under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office.

Tirana Police appeal for respect for voting rules as any action that violates the secrecy and integrity of the vote constitutes a violation of the law and will be dealt with full rigor.
