CNA has revealed new details from the attempted trafficking of firearms from Kapshtica to Greece. In Kapshtica, the vehicle was selected for control in the second line after the risk analysis.

The controllers asked questions to the driver who showed uncertainty. The vehicle was then taken to the second line for detailed inspection. The destination of the weapons was Thessaloniki.

The two arrested during questioning by specialists for the Investigation of Illegal Trafficking of DVP Korçë denied that they were related to each other for arms trafficking.

But their claims are untrue as the Police found and seized evidence that proved the cooperation between the two arrested, specifically messages and videos between each other when they made up the place in the vehicle to hide the weapons.

The videos and messages were found on the phone of one of the two arrested.
