The latter has been in the Trauma Hospital for 1 week in critical condition. After an operation that lasted several hours, it was not possible to remove a bullet in the abdomen.

The serious event was recorded a few days ago in the city of Fier in the area known as "Black Bird Crossing". Klement Beqaj went to the bar where the 40-year-old man was and shot him with a firearm.

According to the witnesses, Beqaj leaned the pistol on his body and hit him, meanwhile it is known that at the moment when the event happened, the ex-wife of the 40-year-old, Melisa Beluli, who is suspected to be the author's partner, was also present.

After the event, Melisa Beluli left for Patos together with her partner, Klement Beqaj, while the 40-year-old has been "fighting" for his life in the Trauma Hospital for days.

It is suspected that she may have played an important role in the serious incident, helping the perpetrator to ambush the victim, informing her of her ex-husband's movements.

What makes this event more tragic is the fact that the 40-year-old man, who according to witnesses is an exemplary and hard-working father, was shot in front of his 10-year-old child.

FACTS ABOUT THE EVENT

For several months, GH had started the divorce process with his wife Melisa Beluli, 29 years old, who in this period had started cohabitation with Klement Beqaj, 25 years old. Their 10-year-old son lived with his mother and her boyfriend while staying with his father on weekends. On the day of the incident, the boy was with his father GH, meanwhile during the day he called his mother several times to pick him up.

During the phone calls, the mother told the son that she is not in Fier, this is the moment when the son argued with his mother.

The 10-year-old boy tells him: "You always tell me like that, I'm not in Fier, I'm not here, I'm not there... like a child."

At this moment, her roommate intervened, cursing the boy with harsh words, saying: "Stay there, don't tell us..."

The boy's father also heard this ordinary language of communication and called his ex-wife, with whom he had a brief argument, after she hung up on him, from the boy's cell phone.

A little later, the ex-wife and her boyfriend arrived at the bar where GH was. At the time of the meeting, GH's father asked the 25-year-old, the author of the injury, to explain the reasons for this communication with his son. Klement Beqaj responded with serious insults in the eyes of the child and his ex-wife, and after the insults he took out his gun and shot her.

The ex-wife not only did not intervene to calm the conflict, but took her lover and left in the direction of Patos, where the abandoned urn was found.

These facts show that:
