Accident with one victim on the Tepelena-Memaliaj axis

An accident resulting in one victim occurred this afternoon on the "Tepelena-Memaliaj" axis. A 42-year-old man hit citizen BB, about 45 years old, with his car, who consequently lost his life at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the police station. Meanwhile, the investigation team is at the scene to clarify the full circumstances of the accident.

At around 18:00, on the "Tepelena-Memaliaj" road, citizen AJ, 42 years old, resident of the village of Veliqot, while driving, hit citizen BB, around 45 years old, resident of the village of Mamaj, who consequently lost his life at the scene. 

The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the police station for further action. 

The investigation team is at the scene and is carrying out actions to clarify the circumstances of the accident. / CNA
