The leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, has reacted on social media after winning the parliamentary elections.

In the post, Kurti expresses his gratitude to all voters in Kosovo and in the Diaspora.

Kurti writes that the work continues and security and prosperity will increase.

The acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, thanks all participants in the ten-day campaign.

Good afternoon dear citizens,

In ten days of campaigning, tens of thousands of hands shook and thousands of doors opened by you in hundreds of meetings and rallies all over. You welcomed us with warmth and trust, and for this I thank you from the bottom of my heart. There are many of you, so many that we do not even know the names of most of them. And, you were committed without reserve to the victory of VETËVENDOSJE! with partners, to your victory.

Dear compatriots who came from Europe, America and every corner of the world, or who voted by mail or physically the day before yesterday at our embassies and consulates, we are eternally grateful for your immeasurable contribution to freedom, state and nation, as well as for the decisive support that made the victory in these elections so magnificent as to be historic.

The work continues, security and prosperity will increase. May we priests be blessed!
