Head of the EU Office in Pristina: Measures against Kosovo are temporary

Thomas Szyunog, the head of the EU Office in Pristina, at the meeting of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, stated that the EU's measures towards Kosovo are temporary and reversible.

But he further emphasized that a constructive commitment is needed to achieve the expansion of the situation as many EU countries have requested after the situation in the north of Kosovo.

"We had a good exchange with the Foreign Affairs Committee on the latest developments and the situation in the north. I explained to him that the EU measures are temporary and reversible, but a constructive commitment is needed to fulfill the de-escalation as required by the EU27 statement of June 3", said Thomas Szyunog./ CNA
