The Ukrainian MP, Oleksiy Goncharenko, says that the Serbs have threatened him on social networks, after submitting the result to the Ukrainian Parliament, where it is requested that the country recognize the independence of Kosovo.

In an interview for "Euronews Albania", Goncharenko said that he has received support from many people in Kosovo.

"I know many people from Kosovo who support me and write to me, most of them from social networks. There are also people from Serbia who have reacted, most of them have started threats, but I don't care about that", he emphasized.

Goncharenko stated that in relation to the resolution, there were reactions in Ukraine as well, as he added that a part of the deputies supported it.

"There are some reactions within the state, most of them are supportive of this resolution, it was also covered in the media. As for my colleagues, some of them have contacted me to say that they support me. Until this moment, no one has told me that they do not support this resolution", underlined the deputy. /CNA.al
