The coordinator of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Klevis Balliu, declared from the blue headquarters that the prosecutor of SPAK, Dritan Prençi, in the investigations against the mayor Benet Beci, has found major corruption cases.

He said that an arrest warrant should have been issued for Benet Beci for at least one of these affairs, but he claimed that this is being blocked by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

On behalf of the Democratic Party, Balliu asked Benet Beci to hand over the mandate, raising allegations that he received it from the Bajrat mafia clan.

"The Democratic Party denounces that Edi Rama, Altin Dumani and Arben Kraja block the arrest of Benet Beci.

Prosecutor Dritan Prençi in the investigations against Beci has found major corrupt affairs, not only with the contracts with the wife of Vis Barber, but with a series of other cases.

One of these cases is the one for which Prençi had signed the following arrest warrant:

The director of KESH asked you to sponsor scholarships at Harvard with 850 thousand dollars.

The documents prove that Beci agreed to give the amount of 850 thousand dollars, but of this 500 thousand for scholarships at Harvard, and 350 he shared with his interlocutor.

Arben Kraja's direct demarche with Duman and Edi Rama forced Dritan Prenc to cancel the arrest warrant.

The Democratic Party denounces this criminal act and proves once again that Skapi functions as a criminal organization controlled by Edi Rama.
