Photo - Thanksgiving Day Parade/ Stunning Spectacle in Low Temperatures

The Thanksgiving Day Parade is a tradition in the US.

The parade was held on Thursday, while the route that the characters traveled was 4 kilometers long, through central Manhattan.

The giant golden turkey with a hat got the most attention.

In the parade, there was no way to miss Santa Claus, who greeted people.

Also, the citizens enjoyed the spectacle with 17 balloons filled with helium of different shapes.

Eleven marching bands came from Texas and South Dakota to join 700 clowns, 10 performing groups and celebrity guests.

Despite the rain and low temperatures, the spectators were numerous.
