The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, said on Friday that the proposal of the Western envoys for the Association envisages that the Constitutional Court gives an assessment of the constitutionality and is written with care to the letter and the constitutional structure of the country.

He made these comments a day after he showed in Brussels his readiness to sign the project offered by Western diplomacy for the establishment of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority.

"From the meeting on October 21st, the American and European emissaries told us that the draft for single-parenting that they brought was carefully written with respect to the letter and structure of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and that if it were to be signed there, it was foreseen that the Court would check it "Constitutional right away, so the Constitutional Court gives its assessment of the constitutionality of this proposal as an answer," he said.

He said that Kosovo will respect the request of the diplomats not to talk about the details of the project, which he offered to sign yesterday during the meeting with the leaders of the European Union.

"We offered in front of them as witnesses and as guarantors to sign the basic agreement of Brussels of February 27, with all the implementing annexes of Ohrid of March 18 and the proposal to implement Article 7 of the agreement in relation to Article 10.
