The Greek MEP, Eva Kaili, detained by the Belgian authorities, is in the process of interrogation since yesterday, related to the case of corruption of the European Parliament from Qatar.

Despite the protection given to her by parliamentary immunity, the MEP has been facing the police since yesterday, while her husband, Francesco Giorgi, was arrested yesterday morning.

The investigations are proceeding dynamically, as the Belgian MEPs of the social democrats, Marc Tarabella and Marie Arena, are also being investigated for the same case.
