Yes, the prosecutor "does not convince" when he says that there is a corruption and product laundering mechanism that starts with Erion Veliaj. "Does not convince" because Xhafaj is used to seeing and deciphering only the corruption of 2,000 lek, which the drunk driver leaves in the hands of the poor policeman and the latter puts in his pierced pocket. Here Xhafaj gives up. Corruption is proven and these "scoundrels" who "disgrace" the country and the nation, rot in prison. It is understood that their children "are not called". It is important that the EU understands that we are serious about the fight against corruption.

And Xhafaj is right to think that the prosecutor "doesn't convince", when to think otherwise he would have to read the 370-page decision that an "unemployed" judge found the time to write earlier this year.

The prosecutor "does not convince" when he says that with the signature of the mayor (all the documents are attached to the signature) some 10,000,000 (except in one case) are given to the daughter-in-law of Ajola Xoxe's uncle. Nese SPAK thyen hundet atehere te gjithe zyrtaret qe administrojne fonde legjitimohen te mbushin vendin me OjF.

Megjithate prokurori prap “nuk bind”. Se shkolla e vjeter e Xhafes kerkon qe kete skemen prokurori duhet ta kete te dokumentuar me biseda mes burrit e gruas, nje nate perpara zgjedhjes se te parit kryetar bashkie. Biseda e imagjinuar: shiko, une neser marr detyren, po te them dicka dhe nuk ta them me se do na kapi Spaku pastaj. Fillo krijo ojf, shpk, persona fizike e keshtu me radhe. Vendos emrat e dajes, nuses se dajes, kusherires, nenes e ca te tjereve dhe pastaj apliko ne bashki te une. Do t’i firmos une leket dhe keshtu do kemi ca miliona per shpenzime xhepi. Larg qofte qe kete bisede ta besh para cdo rizgjedhje. Nje here mjafton.

Por prokurori “nuk bind”. Ne fakt prokurori e dinte deri tani qe duhej te bindte gjykaten, keshtu thonin librat e shenjte, por tani i doli ne horizont dhe Xhafaj. Dhe Xhafaj duhet bindur, se ndryshe te merr lumi me gjithe Spak. Vec nje budalla mendon se Spaku nuk fshihet per 5 minuta kohe parlamentare. Dhe ky prokurori duket sikur ja ka qejfi kete derisa nuk ka menduar te binde dhe Xhafen ne gjithe kete mesele qe ka hapur.

Po nuk mbaron ketu, prokurori prap “nuk bind” kur tregon vilen qe ka Erion Veliaj dhe Ajola Xoxa. Po pse te bindi, fundja c’eshte nje vile 2 kate me 500 m2 truall nen te? Hicgje. Ku bindet Xhafaj nese ne vile gjenden sende, dokumente, shenime per pagesa, dhoma gjumi, lodra, veshje e ku di ca tjeter, qe tregojne pronaret e vertete. Prokurori “nuk bind”, sepse i bie me mbare te gjitheve te binden se vila eshte e prinderve te gruas se kryetarit te bashkise sesa e ketij te fundit. Pse te “bindi” fundja.

Dhe prap prokurori “nuk bind” kur thote qe jo nje here, jo dy here, jo tre here, jo kater here, jo pese here, jo gjashte here, jo shtate here, jo tete here, por te pakten deri tani nente here (se ai dreq hetimi vazhdon) firmat qe merrnin leke dhe leje ndertimi nga kryetari i bashkise, jepnin ca “leke xhepi” si sponsorizime tek gruaja e kryetarit te bashkise. Te jete rastesi valle qe kjo pune te perseritet kaq here???? Po edhe mundet, derisa Xhafaj nuk bindet. Hall i madh per nder.

Dhe prap prokurori “nuk bind” as kur gjenden nja 115.000 euro ne kasaforte me ca prerje per qejf. Dhe “nuk bind” as kur ne banke gjenden dhe nja 860.000 euro te tjera qe vijne nga “bota e cudirave” te Lizes. Se fundja c’jane kaq pak leke ne kete lumin e madh qe rrjedh ne mes te qytetit dhe mer cdokend perpara?

Prokurori prap “nuk bind” kur i shket kemba doganave dhe percjellin ca cudira qe zor se gelltiten pa ndonje arke vere, dhe me perqindje te larte alkooli. 900.000 euro ne veshje, make up, kepuce e keshtu me radhe. Nje zbardhje do i kete mbuluar fytyren prokuroreve dhe hetuesve kur i kane pare keto blerje. Mbase atehere e kuptuan qe nuk dilnin dot me prej andej. Se dhe ata njerez jane, kushedi kane patur ndonje moment dobesie dhe kane thene po hajd, te mbyllim njerin sy apo te dy. Po te pergjigja e doganave do jene trashur komplet dhe do kene pare njeri tjetrin me syte pak te zgurdulluar. Nuk ka mundesi, do kene thene. “Kete mos ma bej” do i jene lutur me vete Ajoles. Po Ajola ja beri. Dhe problemi eshte se kur ta ben Ajola zere se ta ka bere dhe burri i saj. Se dhe kete Xhafaj nuk e di, apo e di? Se tani as kuptojme me gje. Qe kur shpenzon gruaja ne nje cift pa regjim martesor te ndare, shpenzon dhe burri. Apo jo z. Xhafaj? Si mendon ti? Duhet ta dinte apo jo Veliaj qe gruaja e tij e kishte bere Net a Porter si shtepine e saj te dyte? Nje “idiot” do mendoje qe po, por nje si Xhafaj do mendoje qe prokurori “nuk bind”. Se ne kete rast eshte me mjaft vend shprehja “c’me duhet mua se c’ben gruaja ime” ose ndryshe “c’me duhet mua se c’bej une”. Shfajesim kalorsiak por edhe “argumentativ”. Keta zyrtaret qe kane gra, se jo te gjithe kane kete fat, duhet t’u thone nxirrni parate ku i keni dhe shpenzojeni pa teklif, se del neser Xhafaj dhe thote qe “nuk bind” prokurori. Sepse nese prokurori “bind” do duhet te pranoje Xhafa qe keto leket “e vogla” nuk vijne nga rrogat e zyrtarit, por nga “fati i fillestarit”. Dhe ne kete rast ky “fat” ka vec nje burim, korrupsionin.

Dhe prokurori “nuk bind” as kur gjen qe djali i xhaxhait te Ajoles blen me propozim te tij 23.000 euro nje automjet qe ishte blere me pare 7.000 euro. Dhe keto eurot i fut cash ne banke per nenen e Ajoles, megjithese makinen ja shet dhe Ajola. Dhe pas nja gjashte muajsh e shet kete makine 11.000 euro. Dhe kur nis hetimi pas 2 vjetesh makina (nje benz i lodhur i 2010) shitet prap 23.000 euro. Pak si cirk duket apo jo? Dhe pastaj, po ky tipi i jep dhe nja 120.000 euro (qe i mbante ne jasteke) Ajoles dhe nenes per t’i blere token, ne nje kohe qe mer kredi te bute ne bashkine e burrit te Ajoles. Dhe meqe ra pollafi, ky tipi ka leke te ligjshem aq sa ka Xhafaj floke te pathinjur. Nje pyetje ne kete rast. Mos valle ketu bie pak ere parfumosje parash? Dmth pastrim parash? Mbase jo, mbase prokurori prap “nuk bind”.

Since this guy is so brave as to write to them in Serbian (because he has a good one, he leaves the written things), maybe he will eat the witnesses with all his feathers, the poor investigators would have thought. Not to mention the cell phones that are "given away" as if for Valentine's Day. And again the prosecutor "does not convince".

In fact, now that I think about it a little more deeply, these prosecutors are more like "not being convinced" than "not being obeyed". They are "not being convinced" to stop when they should (because now they get the bad ones even if they want to). They are "not being convinced" to deal with the corruption that Xhafaj manages to understand, that of the police and the petty thieves of the government. What the hell do they want and unravel the schemes that Xhafaj needs strength and sweat to read and understand. Or do you understand them and pretend not to understand them and "not being convinced" that "that's how it works"? A big mess for honor, a mess that makes you go gray quickly and forces you to buy paint in bulk to hide what you can't hide for very long.
