The opposition was the first to throw down the gauntlet of challenge to the majority, when it insistently demanded a vote from the diaspora. This, like many challenges that are thrown out haphazardly without considering the reaction of the majority. And it so happened that the majority took the challenge seriously.
Prime Minister Rama announced and held grand meetings in Greece and Italy. The meetings were a spectacle, especially for those who are Rama's "hobby". Seen from this perspective, it seems foolish to challenge him to do the thing he knows how to do best.

But the opposition challenged it without thinking twice! The Central Election Commission set up a platform for the registration of voters from abroad. The regulatory acts were approved in the Regulatory Commission, where the Opposition has its loyal representatives.
But the opposition again launched accusations about the bill that would be charged to immigrants. Every one of them! The opposition's next battle to win the hearts of immigrants focused on the fact that they would have to pay the postage for sending back the ballot, after they had received the envelope sent and paid for by the CEC.
They wanted to save money for Albanians living abroad and by fighting for those postal money, they were convinced that they would convince them which force thought more about them! The CEC does not expect money! The
State budget would pay for the Post Office. And Rama does not fill the State Budget. It is filled by the contributions of Albanians living in Albania.
But the opposition, which is largely made up of people who have never worked, thought that immigrants could not pay for the return postage of the envelope with the ballot inside. And they challenged the majority again!

So at the end of this story, every immigrant or other Albanian living abroad who will be registered in the register opened by the CEC will receive a return envelope with a completed ballot by prepaid mail.
If we follow logic, every Albanian who seeks to register on the portal opened by the CEC is presumed to express a desire to vote. But it cannot be said with certainty that everyone will return the filled-in ballot. The option to change their mind exists.
What is known for sure is that the CEC will send everyone who registers on the portal an envelope with a ballot inside and return postage prepaid by the State Budget. The opposition challenged the majority in prepaying the emigrants' vote, as if it was convinced that that money would come out of the Prime Minister's pocket!

The problem is that Rama will not take those prepaid postage leks out of his own pocket. He will take them from what Albanians living in Albania have paid. So, in the end, for every Albanian living abroad, the postage will be paid by that part of the family living in Albania.
The cost of voting for Albanians abroad will be paid by those who have not yet left. We hope that this cost will not add to the motivations to leave for those who have remained.
In the end, if we use the criterion of the opposition that believed it would buy the Albanians of emigration, with the price it was saving from the prepaid postage from the State Budget, with the same logic it falls to it that it has lost the Albanians of Albania for the same price. This is what they call the removal of Lena, the widow of Prena! /CNA
