SPAK investigations have revealed schemes in which Erion Veliaj awarded tenders to businessmen. In addition to Veliaj and his wife Ajola Xoxa, their family members are also beneficiaries of abusive schemes with public money.

Ora News has discovered another detail stemming from the criminal file against Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa and their associates.

Arbër Veliaj, Erion Veliaj's brother, had commissioned a facility in the "Bookbuilding" building near Tirana's Clock Tower, built by the company TDT & Partners.

"The contract for this facility was signed a year ago, but Arbëri has not yet made any payments," says Gledi Abdi, the owner of the company.

SPAK has reviewed all the order contracts related to the objects built by the company Invest Society Shpk, and more specifically the "Rainbow" object with Development Permit "European Block Polyfunctional Building" and the "West Residence Polyfunctional Building" object, writes Ora News.

From the review of the administered material, it results that in relation to the "Rainbow" facility, Arbër Veliaj, through his companies, has ordered units and garages.

Permission for the construction of this facility was granted by the mayor of Tirana, Erjon Veliaj.

According to the letters from the company Gogël Shpk, the Unit/Office with a construction area of 451.9 m2, on the 3rd floor of the building, has been ordered.

The net area of the commissioned facility is 379.75 m2, while the common area is 72.15 m2.

The purchase price is set at 1,800 euros/m2, for a total amount of 813,420 euros, which must be paid in three installments.

-The first installment in the amount of 300,000 euros will be paid immediately upon signing this contract.

- The second installment in the amount of 300,000 euros will be paid within 45 days of the signing of this contract.

- The third installment in the amount of 213,420 euros will be paid within 90 days from the signing of this contract.

Subsequently, the Garage/Bodrum Booking Enterprise Contract was signed between the companies Invest Society Shpk and TDT&Partners with the ordering party, the company Gogël Shpk, represented by CEO Arbër Veliaj.

The purchase price has been set at 20,000 euros, which must be paid within two months into the bank account of the Invest Society.

On 03.10.2023, the company Gogel Shpk represented by Arbër Veliaj sold the real rights to the company Gogel Holdings Shpk represented by Ana Xhoxhaj, Arbër Veliaj's wife, writes Ora News.

This contract was also signed by the consent giver, the companies Invest Society Shpk and TDT&Partners Shpk.

According to the object of this contract, the unpaid obligations up to the moment of signing the contract were transferred from the selling party to the purchasing party, amounting to 133,420 euros.

The price for the transfer of real rights is in the total amount of 833,420 euros, of which:

133,420 euros should be transferred to the account of the company Invest Society Shpk, as an outstanding liability.

The difference of 700,000 euros will be paid to Gogel Shpk, through the retained earnings of Gogel Holding, in the form of dividends at the moment of approval of the decision of the Shareholders' Assembly for their distribution./ CNA
