Doctor Besnik Kroi tells "Stop" on TV Klan that he has been practicing the profession of psychiatrist for 10 years, since 2014, when he did a qualification for the needs of the hospital and the Ministry of Health. The qualification was carried out at QSUT and lasted one year. Besnik has worked for 23 years as a general practitioner and 10 years as a psychiatrist. During this time it was licensed twice.

But today he cannot qualify as he is told that these qualifications are not recognized. The qualification procedure was started by the minister of the time, Vangjel Tavo, after the request of the Saranda hospital for a specialist.
