On the same day, the same notary Rezarta Koçi, revoked the agreement made with the Heta family for the purchase of the store to the G2 firm, again in violation of the law, acts for which the notary Rezarta Koçi is serving a prison sentence.

"Thanks to the actions taken at the notary Rezarta Koçi, Eduard Kelmendi becomes a co-owner in this building with me. Eduard Kelmendi is suing me for property distribution.
