Rescue Ahmeti: My name is Shpëtim Ahmeti, resident of district 1 in Saranda, administrator of the company "Ahmeti Travel sh.pk". After the police check, it was stopped, almost two bags of narcotics of the hashish type were found. I was picked up by the passengers sometime around 00:00 at night, because they had stayed in Ioannina and wanted to travel to Athens, after being well informed by the Greek customs and the police authorities by phone. In the morning I got up and traveled to Ioannina, after being correctly informed by the justice bodies in Ioannina and the Greek police, which had done all the procedures for seizing the vehicle and the driver was behind the bars of the Greek state. I continued all the procedures for court proceedings, to return the vehicle to the company, which I owned. It took me almost 3 months with prolonged procedures, colossal expenses, to return the vehicle to where it was owned.

After the situation was clarified, Shpëtimi started a process to return the vehicle to Albania and after two years managed to return the bus to its transport company. After this step, the company "Ahmeti" opened a civil process, where it demanded compensation from the driver Fatjon Osmani for the damage caused. The process dragged on for three years in Saranda and Judge Alban Velcani closed the case with illegal procedures.

Shpëtim Ahmeti: On 06.06.2020, the vehicle was returned to the ownership of the company "Ahmeti Travel". In 2020, I register and file a civil complaint against the citizen Fatjon Osmani for economic and moral compensation of the company he was employed by. It is not possible to protect the driver, where he goes and where he does not go, because he does 550 kilometers during the trip and on the way the Greek police highlighted this whole situation with 97 kg of hashish-type narcotics. 21 sessions were held, on 06.12 the trial was closed and the court decided to dismiss the lawsuit. Judge Alban Velçani violated the law, the procedure due to the delay of the trial for 3 years and did not justify the decision for about 3 months. The judge's decision is abusive, because the respondent, Fatjon Osmani, violated the individual employment contract.

At this time, the driver convicted for drugs, Fatjon Osmani, opened a civil process, where he demanded the salary for the time he was in prison, with the claim that the owner had not notified him of the termination of the contract.

Judge Shkëlzen Licaj, surprisingly, gave the trafficker the right to be paid by the company where he worked during his prison term. Not only that, but the judge did not disclose the decision for a year and a half.

Rescue Ahmeti: The absurdity was that on 21.07 in the Court of the Sarandë Judicial District, Mr. Fatjon Osmani, perhaps helped by the irresponsible judges of this court, filed a lawsuit, called a civil lawsuit, against the company "Ahmeti Travel", where he demanded compensation for his salary , which was for the period he was in prison and the absurdity of judge Shkëlzen Liçaj was because he gave an absurd decision and forced the firm to pay him his salary for the period he was in prison and his argument is , because it has not been announced. The first, that I could not notify the driver, because he was detained and sentenced in the prison of Ioannina, but the second, the driver had broken the employment contract. There was no reason for me to have a legal or moral obligation to announce my resignation. He broke the contract, left the vehicle in the middle of the road, But the absurdity is not the payment of the salary, it is that this judge, since 2021, has not disclosed the decision of the court of first instance in Saranda. The judge promised that he will go to Saranda and explain the decision and other decisions that he has left unexplained. He issued it immediately executable where he gave the right to the driver who did prison for drugs.
