He raped the waiter in Vlora/ Officer Isufi involved in another scandal

Regarding the recent incident where police chief Ardian Isufi, together with his friend, cruelly raped a waiter, one of the most senior traffic police officers in Vlora, Rexhep Llaçaj, has also reacted.

He is known as one of the most correct traffic officers in Vlora with a career spanning over 20 years, but since January 2021, he has had to serve his paralyzed wife, who was involved in an accident on the white roads, a crime that was never solved and here he directly accuses Ardian Isufi, who at the time was the OPGJ of the event.

By linking it to the attempt to hide the incident 3 days ago where the minor was raped, in the case of his wife's incident, this was achieved by eliminating any evidence that points the finger at Isufi. It all started on January 24, 2021, when his wife and minor children were crossing the road and at that moment a vehicle came, which took the wife in front and traumatized the children. The wife remained in a coma for a long time and today she is paralyzed and the children are traumatized.

Although a police officer, the incident was not solved. When he went a few days later to search for the footage in businesses, he was told that other officers had come earlier and had deleted it. For this incident, he directly accuses Ardian Isufi of manipulating the incident. When he asked him a year ago for an account and data about the accident, Isufi, who was the head of the city's Traffic Department and at the same time his superior, removed him from the traffic police.

Llacaj, who accuses Isufi of being a manipulator of events, calls on the prosecution to reopen his wife's file, but not only that. He appreciates the courage of journalist Enrik Mehmeti for publishing the event and not falling prey to requests to hide it and calls on the prosecution to clarify the journalist's innocence as soon as possible. Despite the risk to his job, the traffic police officer stands by journalist Mehmeti.

" On January 24, 2021, I had an accident where Ardian Isufi was a Judicial Police Officer. My wife and 3 children were injured, and the incident was never solved. After I took my bride to Tirana who broke both legs, her head, and her ribs, after 20 or so days since the bride reacted, I spoke to the Vlora police officer and they told me that the incident had not been solved. I went to many places where there were cameras and they told me that they had hidden the incident because some police came and erased the cameras. 10 days after my bride was injured, another citizen was injured, and the incident was solved. How is it possible that my bride's incident was erased, when my bride was left disabled and the children very traumatized from that moment and the incident has never been solved.

"Then I was an employee of Ardian Isufi and I asked him several times to clarify the incident and he removed me from the traffic police. At the time of the accident, my daughter-in-law was also a senior police officer and the incident was never clarified. I do not know the reason and why these cameras were deleted and by whom they were deleted ," says officer Llaçaj.
