The MP of the Freedom Party, Monika Kryemadhi, has continued with the denunciations about the Tirana incinerator.

For an incinerator that does not exist, Kryemadhi said that in December 54 million dollars were paid by the municipality.

 "Separation of waste in prison is the responsibility of the municipality. The whole process is monitored by the municipality and if it is not implemented, it is fined by the mayor. According to the contract, all waste must be differentiated afterwards. and the rest is sent to landfill awaiting incineration. In October 2021, the landfill, the one covered with the green cloth, was zero. Meanwhile, in July 2022, this pit is overflowing, which had to be filled for 30 years," said Kryemadhi. /CNA.al
