Zjarri në Urgjencën e QSUT-së/ Prokuroria nis hetimet

Ugjenca e QSUT-së

Për zjarrin që ndodhi në Urgjencën e Qendrën Spitalore ‘Nënë Tereza’, Prokuroria Tiranë ka regjistruar procedimin penal për veprën penale “Shkatërrimi pronës me zjarr”. 

Ky procedim penal, është regjistruar pa persona në hetim, për të hetuar mbi zjarrin e rënë në katin e parë të Urgjencë së Qendrës Spitalore, ngjarje që ndodhi më 11 shkurt. 

"Prokuroria pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Tiranë ka regjistruar procedimin penal 1578, dt.29.02.2024 për veprën penale “Shkatërrimi i pronës me zjarr”, parashikuar nga neni 151 i Kodit Penal. Ky procedim penal, është regjistruar pa persona në hetim, për të hetuar mbi zjarrin e rënë në katin e parë të Urgjencë së Qendrës Spitalore ‘Nënë Tereza’ në orët e para të mëngjesit të 11.02.2024. Nga ana e prokurorisë është urdhëruar administrimi i të gjitha provave për të dokumentuar shkakun dhe vlerën e dëmit të shkaktuar, si dhe personat përgjegjës për shkaktimin e dëmit", thuhet në njoftim./CNA
