The US Embassy in Tirana has today shared some guidelines regarding the use of B1/B2 visas.
As explained in a notice, it is the responsibility of each citizen to use the obtained visa correctly.
"Some activities that are ALLOWED with a B1/B2 visitor visa:
-Tourism
-Holidays
-Purchase
-Meetings with business associates
-Participation in a convention or conference
Activities that are NOT ALLOWED with a B1/B2 visitor visa:
-Birth tourism (travel with the primary purpose of giving birth in the United States to obtain American citizenship for the child)
-Work that results in payment from an American employer or business
-Study for a degree or academic credits
