Prime Minister Edi Rama has continued his remarks to journalist Blendi Fevziu. The latter, a day ago, stated that it was his last reaction on social media and invited the Prime Minister to respond in the studio of his show "Opinion".
Rama states in his post that Fevziu is continuing to assert the fact that, according to him, he fabricated an accusation. He states that the journalist will no longer answer on this issue because, according to him, "he himself understands that there is no other way to do it."
Full post:
Fevzi reacted again by affirming the fact that he fabricated an accusation, in Albanian a slander, about which he has nothing to say and comes around with coffee shop chatter, mentioning as if in a hurry two or three sporadic cases, for which again there is no evidence that they are connected to private trips of ministers on weekends, and again avoiding with a confused scurry the only thing he should have done in this case: Compassion for his viewers.
Unlike before, Fevziu declares that he will no longer answer for this issue. Naturally, he understands that there is no other way to do it, as long as he does not think that his viewers deserve enough respect for him to apologize to them.
So Fevziu demands accountability for things he doesn't know or that he sometimes even invents, while regularly inviting people armed with half-truths, which are also the biggest lies, to his salon. But he refuses to account to his public, even once, for a lie with seven tails and is caught like a drowning man by a straw in the video inspections of government members, which he says are a unique practice in the world, outside any democratic standard.
Okay, then I'm moving on to the standards and asking Blendi, who has undoubtedly seen the world much more than I have, to show us a single case in the world where political debates are a scramble to get the floor, against a backdrop of incessant shouting, where the first person doesn't understand the second, and where the host with a stick in his hand encourages the parties to fight, without or without wanting to establish either calm, or rules in the debate, or ethical boundaries in communication, and without cultivating even the faintest sense of justice in the treatment of guests, whose speech is regularly interrupted without being able to put together 3 sentences!
So let's say that yes, it is true, it is not normal for members of the government to avoid appearances in media salons (in fact, in our case we do not avoid appearances with journalists, but only appearances with Barisalifa leaders), but if Fevziu does not start with himself, together with his brothers and sisters of the 700 pots, and establish democratic standards in his large salon, then there is no way to hold the ministers accountable for not throwing themselves headlong into the Opinion pot or any pot, where the eternal apple of contention thunders and roars and where viewers, instead of being informed, are abused and poisoned by politics! / CNA
