The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, recalled a thesis of a character in one of the television studios where he stated that "It is time for punishment, not for justice".
Manjani says this is the biggest and most serious compromise that can be allowed to happen.
According to the former Minister of Justice, accepting punishment before justice is the most serious compromise after the one our ancestors made with Enver Hoxha.
He emphasizes that today is the time for justice.
