Analyst Ndriçim Mehmeti spoke about the new school year 2022-2023. Invited to a TV studio, he said that there is no preparation for this year either, while the schools will be in shifts.

There is no heating. Energy will be reduced. The level of safety for students will be reduced. We have some schools that are on shifts. Schools will be at the construction site because we are in campaign time. "After schools" are flourishing. The state must be raised by the center. Where are? The state stands out among those in need.
