The head of the State Police Muhamet Rrumbullaku has issued a statement to the media talking about the incident in Pogradec where 42-year-old Egli Proga was killed.
According to Rrumbullak, the allusion that there was an attempt to hide the incident from the police is baseless.
In response, the head of the State Police stated that there is no reasonable doubt that an attempt was made to cover up the incident.
"There is misinformation through sources regarding the event where a person lost his life as a result of a conflict.
Expressing our condolences to the family, we inform with full responsibility that the allusion that there was an attempt to hide the event is baseless. There is no reasonable doubt that there was no attempt to hide the event", said Rrumbullaku./ CNA
