Regulation on inter-institutional cooperation/KLP and KLGJ with joint meetings

The High Prosecutorial Council (KLP) has approved a decision that entered into force this Wednesday regarding several changes to the regulations.

The amendments to the regulation, among other things, also determine the meetings to be held between the KLP and the High Judicial Council (HJC), as part of continuing inter-institutional cooperation.

"ON THE APPROVAL OF THE REGULATION "ON JOINT MEETINGS AND INTERINSTITUTIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN THE HIGH JUDICIAL COUNCIL AND THE HIGH PROSECUTOR'S COUNCIL"

 Based on articles 149, point 1 and 149/a, point 1, letter "e", of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, in articles 159, point 2, letter "e", 169, point 3, 170, 189, point 1, letter "ç", and 190, point 4, of Law no. 115/2016, "On the governing bodies of the justice system", as amended and in Law no. 44/2015, 'Code of Administrative Procedures of the Republic of Albania", the High Prosecutorial Council.

  DECIDED: The approval of the Regulation "On joint meetings and inter-institutional cooperation between the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council", according to the attached text.

This decision enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette. /CNA
