The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, in his speech during the presentation of the strategy for the protection of crime victims, also spoke about the situation in the Assembly, where the opposition is protesting for its rights, to set up investigation commissions for concessions.

According to Balla, the violence is not only in the throwing of cigarettes or fireworks, but also the language used against women and girls in the Assembly.

 "How can a victim of sexual violence be protected if the state does not become her protector? We are in the conditions of an emergency situation, which requires intervention. We must all come together, create a national coalition of all actors, civil society and the media. There are certain forms of violence in the Parliament of Albania, not fireworks and smokers, but for language. The language towards girls and women in the Assembly, this is also conveyed in society. I'm talking about bullying in schools," said Balla./ CNA
