The appeal of the Special Anti-Corruption Court decided today that the property of Emiljano Shega will be transferred to the state.

It is about 1 apartment and 5 plots of land.

Emiljano Shega has been arrested and convicted as part of a criminal group that trafficked to the United Kingdom narcotics worth 10 million pounds, they will eventually be handed over to the state. 

Assets that pass to the state:

1. Property of the "Apartment" type, with an area of ??130 m2, {...}, owned by a citizen of the United States;

2. Property of the "Pasture" type, with an area of ??5667 m2, {...}, co-owned by citizens E.Sh. and EC;

3. Property of the "Pasture" type, with an area of ??3782.6 m2, {...}, co-owned by citizens E.Sh. and EC;

4. Property of the "Pasture" type, with an area of ??498.8 m2, {...}, co-owned by citizens E.Sh. and RK;

5. Property of the "Pasture" type, with an area of ??17328.3 m2, {...}, jointly owned by citizens E.Sh. and RK;

6. Property of the "Pasture" type, with an area of ??7000 m2, {...}, co-owned by the citizens of GH and MK/ CNA.al
