Some private messages between a member of the Constitutional Court and a person, part of the personnel staff, have started circulating on social networks.

"Pink" messages between the member of the Constitutional Court, one of the people involved in the Justice Reform and another person.

The messages seem to compromise the role of the member of the Court quite a bit, but beyond his constitutional function, the CNA editors have been able to provide some photos and videos of these messages, which the staff decided not to publish for ethical reasons.

It is a serious ethical violation and a threshold of scandal for the Constitutional Court, which shows the essential problems that the institutions of justice have even after the reform.

Although in violation of the laws and the formulas prepared in the Justice Reform, some people involved in the drafting of the Justice Reform should not have been within its system, but are already in different roles in the justice system, but also hold positions important in the Constitution.
