The court hearing for the officials of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has concluded. The Criminal Court has upheld the measures for the director Mirlinda Karçanaj and other officials of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC).

He is suspected of committing the following criminal offenses: “Illegal competition through violence”, “Illegal deprivation of liberty”, “Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions” committed in the special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group and “Structured criminal group”, “Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group”, as well as “Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity”, provided for by Articles 110, 170/be 28/4, 258, 287 and 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.
