Plenary session today/ What's on the agenda

The Assembly is holding its next plenary session today. The agenda includes the approval of several draft laws.

Also, in today's session, a motion with debate will be held on the measures taken by the government to fight with zero tolerance against organized crime.

The new Ombudsman, Endri Shabani, is also expected to be sworn in at the session.

The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 11.12.2025.

2. Notifications.

3. Draft law "On the ratification of the Riyadh Treaty on Designs and the regulations under this treaty, done in Riyadh on November 22, 2024".

4. Draft law "On alternative family care in the Republic of Albania".

5. Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 10 221, dated 4.2.2010, "On protection against discrimination".

6. Draft law "On some amendments and additions to Law No. 16/2018 "On the Diaspora", as amended.

7. Draft law "On volunteering".

8. Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 155/2020 "On climate change"

9. Draft law "On whistleblowing and whistleblower protection".

10. Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 25/2022 "On the support and development of startups", as amended.

11. Motion with debate on the measures taken by the government to fight with zero tolerance against organized crime.

12. Draft decision "On the appointment of the Director General of the Institute of Statistics".

13. Draft decision "On the approval of some changes to decision no. 28, dated 18.06.2020, "On the approval of the organizational structure, staff structure and salary classification of the personnel of the High Inspector of Justice", as amended.

14. Draft decision "On the approval of the organizational structure and salary classification of administrative employees after the end of the mandate of the Special Appeals Commission".

15. Discussions on matters outside the agenda.

III. The services of the Assembly are charged with publishing the agenda of the plenary session, notifying the members of the Assembly through electronic means of communication, and preparing the parliamentary documentation to be reviewed.
