Easter brings many immigrants to Albania/ High flow of funds from Greece

Kapshtica is facing a high influx of incoming funds from Greece. According to the latest information, it is learned that the influx is caused by the Greek side, which is currently operating with 6 exit counters.

Meanwhile, the Albanian side has put 7 counters into operation at the entrance to cope with the increasing flow.

Many immigrants have set off towards Albania on the occasion of the Easter holiday, while for a few minutes the situation has worsened due to the large number of vehicles entering the country at this moment from the neighboring country.

Authorities have prepared a plan of measures to manage the increased flow, as tonight and tomorrow are expected to mark the peak of crossings at Kapshtica customs./ CNA
