On Wednesday, the High Prosecution Council will hold a meeting to decide on the suspension from office of the chief prosecutor of Vlora, Aurel Zarka, who was arrested the day before. The meeting is expected to start tomorrow at 11:00.
Aurel Zarka was arrested by the police after SPAK investigations. It is reported that Zarka intervened in a fraction of the so-called "Toyota Yaris" file, through the Serious Crimes officer at the time, Eriona Dautaj.
From the investigations carried out by SPAK and the evidence provided, it has been pointed out that the prosecutor had 4 accounts of the "Sky Ecc" applications.
It is suspected that Zarka intervened for this part of the file, where the Vladi cousins ??were involved, to ease their legal positions.
Meanwhile, Eriona Dautaj also turns out to have used coded applications, from which the conversations that, according to the accusation, prove the criminal offense of exercising illegal influence have been disclosed. /CNA
